A Himalayan itinerary that will allow you to discover this country of 1000 riches, the cradle of Buddha. On the handlebars of your Royal Enfield, you will drive between jungle and mountain, a real adventure awaits you !

From Katmandu to Mustang through the Terai region, you will discover the jungle of Chitwan, the different ethnic groups and their emblematic villages without forgetting the countless summits that support the Nepalese sky.

This trip will show you breathtaking landscapes, the highest summits in the world, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and you may even see Everest, these giants that will make you feel tiny.

A 13-day trip reserved for adventurous bikers in search of thrills.

Welcome to Katmandu

Arrival at Kathmandu Airport (Tribhuvan International Airport).

Once transferred to your hotel, you can choose between resting for tomorrow's great adventure or exploring Kathmandu.

Beginning of the road trip : Bhaktapur Changu Narayan & Nagarkot (40 km)

After picking up your motorcycle, you will head for the sumptuous pedestrian city of Bhaktapur - 15km from Kathmandu - one of the most beautiful imperial cities in the valley.

Once the visit and the lunch over, you will leave the Kathmandu agglomeration to go up to the lookout of Changu Narayan, where we will visit the Vishnu temple.

Then finally you will reach Nagarkot, a mountain resort at 2100 meters altitude, famous for its view of the Himalayan range.

Nagarkot – Naubhise – Daman (125 km)

What could be better than watching the sunrise over the chain of the world's highest summits.

Today, we leave for your first big stage, after leaving the city of Namo Buddha and its imposing colorful temples.
You will pass through the small town of Dhulikhel, to reach the Tangkot Pass, which will be our way out of the valley.

A descent with many bends, which will delight more than one, will lead you directly to Naubhise (1100m). Then you will finish the day with an ascent to the Daman Hills (2300m).

Daman – Hetauda – Chitwan (135 km)

You will start with a descent to Hetauda, the chief town of Makwanpur district, which is mainly populated by the Tamang ethnic group.

Upon the arrival in Terai, which means "Wetland", you will be amazed by the great green plains and the scents of the tea plantations! Did you know that it was in these lands that Buddha was born, so make way for meditation!

On flat roads, you will reach the Chitwan National Park before settling in Sauraha.

Activities will be offered in the afternoon!

A day in Chitwan

Today you can recover a little, and above all you can enjoy the activities which are offer.

Would you like to go on an elephant safari? Then don't wait any longer and climb on the back of one of the largest land mammals (can be replaced by a jeep safari).

A visit to the elephant breeding center, managed by the association "Stand Up 4 Elephant".

A short pirogue ride followed by a visit to the village of Tharu - a real culture shock awaits you on the spot!

Chitwan – Tansen (160 km)

After a walk in the jungle at sunrise, you will take the road again, which will head Butwal.

Welcome to the ancient kingdom of Palpa, we will take the Siddharta Highway which is reputed to be one of the most beautiful roads in Nepal! Be amazed by its impressive panoramas, especially when crossing the Mahabarath Range.

Today's stage will end in Tansen, where you can visit the city after reaching your accommodation.

Tansen – Pokhara - (125 km)

You will continue your day's stopover heading north! Still on the Siddhartha Highway that crosses the Syangja Hills region, you will reach the gates of the Annapurna and the city of Pokhara on the shores of Lake Phewa.

The afternoon will devote time to relaxing and discovering the place!

Pokhara – Beni – Kalapani (2600 m) – (125 km)

On a road that will slowly turn into a track, you will reach the valley of the mighty Kali Gandaki River. Don't be too impressed by the landscape that will make you feel very small, because you will be riding in a valley in the middle of two summits of more than 8000 meters!

After this experience in the Kali Gandaki Gorge, we will sleep in Kalopani which is located at the gates of the Mustang.

Kalapani – Jomsom (2800m) – Kagbeni (3000 m) – Jarkhot (3650 m) - (54 km)

Although the distance is not long, today you will face the most difficult part of your journey. An important ascent awaits you to reach the city of Marpha, capital of the Thakali ethnic group, and the beautiful city of Kagbeni at the gates of the kingdom of Upper Mustang!

You will be able to visit the old town and the monastery.

In the afternoon, a small portion awaits you to reach the climax of your trip, and visit the sanctuary of Muktinath.

To recuperate from our day, we will stay in the ancient fortress village of Jarkhot which houses an institute of traditional medicine.

And how about taking your time to watch the sunset over the Himalayan mountains?

Jarkhot (3650 m) – Tatopani (1150 m) - 70 km

The day will rhyme with descent, indeed you will start a long descent to Pokhara (1150m).

But that doesn't mean we'll stop exploring the country! A stop at the hot springs of Tatopani, which means "hot water", is planned on the way to enjoy the 40 degrees water.

Tatopani (1150 m) – Pokhara (850 m) – Bandipur (1030 m) - 195 km

You will continue your descent while passing through Pokhara until you reach the town of Bandipur, where the roads will be excellent but beware of the elephants that could cross without warning!

Have a lunch and spend the afternoon on the spot to visit the city, it is also possible to visit the Siddha Gupha cave!

Bandipur (1030 m) – Katmandu (1450 m) - 150 km

This is the last stage of your journey, you will drive on an asphalt road in the direction of Katmandu.
